As always, our repeat guests get 10% off!

• ID is required for primary renter and anyone driving our golf cart during your stay 

• First half of rental fee required at booking to secure your dates (includes a $250 non-refundable booking fee)

• Remaining balance plus $500 security deposit due two weeks prior to your stay (security deposit is $600 if you bring a pet; this must be disclosed at time of booking)

• If booking within 2 weeks of your desired stay, full balance plus deposit will be required to secure dates

Important note: ONLY registered guests may attend our unit during your stay, unless authorized ahead of time by the owner. IF you are renting at the park at the same time as other family/friends and wish to have them attend for a BBQ for example, you *must* discuss these additional guests with us prior to your stay. If we are not aware, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the booking and evict all guests without refund. *We are not interested in hosting large party groups*
